Sign in with LinkedIn / LinkedIn App: identity and profile info we receive per your authorisation (e.g., name, email, public profile URL, profile image, company and title as applicable to the granted scopes). You can revoke our app’s access in your LinkedIn settings.

e) Service delivery & account management (clients)

Contact details of your staff and stakeholders, support ticket content, device/user identifiers, logs and diagnostic metadata from tools we operate as part of providing IT support and consulting.

We do not intentionally collect data about children.

4) Why we use your data (lawful bases)

We only process personal data where we have a lawful basis under UK GDPR:

11) LinkedIn App & Lead Platforms (LinkedIn / Meta / Bark)
  • If you sign in with LinkedIn or authorise our LinkedIn App, we receive only the account data you explicitly permit (e.g., name, email, public profile). We use this to authenticate you, respond to your request, or connect your enquiry to our CRM.

  • If you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, a Meta Lead Ad form (Facebook/Instagram), or a Bark.com enquiry, the data you enter is sent to us by those platforms. We use it to contact you about your request and track campaign performance.

  • You can revoke our app’s access in your LinkedIn Settings → Data privacy → Other applications. Platform privacy choices for Meta and Bark are available in their respective settings and privacy pages.

  • We do not post to your social profiles without your explicit action.

Platform roles: LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Bark act as independent controllers for their platform data. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms and privacy notices.

12) Security

We use administrative, technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, role‑based permissions, logging, and staff awareness processes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and reduce risk.
